What's expected of you?

Manage the warehouse efficiently, aligning with company values and vision
Oversee incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
Ensure efficient space utilization, and maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
Comply with warehousing, handling, and shipping laws
Manage stock control and reconcile with data systems
Investigate stock discrepancies and report to the CFOO
Coordinate with clients and transportation companies, and optimize route planning
Plan schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
Recruit, coach, and motivate employees
Produce regular reports and statistics and monitor service quality through feedback
Utilize security systems and maintenance
Ensure best practices in operations

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of five years' experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Energetic and enthusiastic leader, capable of motivating the team and foster a positive work environment
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Quick problem-solving abilities and practical approach to daily challenges
Commitment to maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
