Warehouse Manager

What is expected of you?

• Ensure the achievement of Company-set targets by closely monitoring KPIs
• Be the point of reference within your department for both internal and external stakeholders
• Effectively organize and support the team in carrying out assigned tasks and identify potential areas for improvement
• Take charge of managing your team, overseeing the selection, training, assessment, and development of team members within the department
• Supervise activities related to precise Inventory Management, including regular checks and physical stock takes
• Take the lead of new projects assigned within your department
• Encourage and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures in activities
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety and Food Handling regulations

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in leading and developing teams in a dynamic, target-driven environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Maltese or Italian is considered an asset
• Great analytical skills and ability to use the MS Office package
• Willingness to travel abroad for a minimum of six months for training purposes
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
