What is expected of you?

Ensure the achievement of Company-set targets by closely monitoring KPIs
Be the point of reference within your department for both internal and external stakeholders
Effectively organize and support the team in carrying out assigned tasks and identify potential areas for improvement
Take charge of managing your team, overseeing the selection, training, assessment, and development of team members within the department
Supervise activities related to precise Inventory Management, including regular checks and physical stock takes
Take the lead of new projects assigned within your department
Encourage and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures in activities
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety and Food Handling regulations

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in leading and developing teams in a dynamic, target-driven environment
Fluent in English; proficiency in Maltese or Italian is considered an asset
Great analytical skills and ability to use the MS Office package
Willingness to travel abroad for a minimum of six months for training purposes
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
