What’s expected of you

  • Scheduling, booking and managing travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses in line with company policies
  • Assist in generating reports
  • Provide administrative support related to travel
  • Manage and update datasheets 
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

What are you expected to bring

  • Experience in travel planning and booking 
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal 
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset 
  • Individuals with previous experience in tourism, customer service or travel industry will be given preference
