What is expected of you?

Carry out eligibility and pre-trade monitors and maintain a good relationship with Brokers
Ensure that trading standards are kept, best execution criteria are satisfied, the complete trade pack is filed and kept up to date, and the trading system is continuously updated
Process bank transfers
Carry out daily portfolios management activities such as liquidity calculations and NAV estimates
Daily receipt and execution of orders of Funds and pre-trade checks also ensuring that they are fully compliant with regulatory and specific portfolio restrictions
Liaise with the Investment Manager, Legal consultants, Administrator, Banks, and clients to meet Funds and Portfolio requirements
Prepare statistics and analysis for various stakeholders such as auditors and clients
Other ad-hoc duties that might be assigned from time to time by senior management

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics or in the process of obtaining one
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
The ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and meet demanding deadlines
Strong organizational skills
