Tendering and Contracts Executive

Are you detail-oriented and meticulous in your approach? Our client, a well-respected company, is looking for a Tendering and Contracts Executive. In this role, you will coordinate and prepare tender bids and related documentation for important projects. Interested? We at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What's expected of you?

  • Create tender documents using standardised company templates
  • Compile and draft high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers
  • Generate estimates for tenders and obtain internal approvals
  • Maintain a list of eligible vendors and communicate with them during the tender process
  • Communicate with clients regarding tender criteria and statuses
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and other departments throughout the tendering stages
  • Manage departmental efforts related to tendering activities and contract reviews
  • Draft, manage, and coordinate contracts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Check on evaluation and contract negotiation
  • Prepare status reports and projected timelines for tenders
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Experience in a similar or related role
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in software applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good command of English and Maltese
