This hands-on role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control systems. What's expected of you?

Transport, organize, and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring all are in good condition and safely stored. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Deliver high-quality workmanship, adhere to all safety protocols, and participate in safety meetings and training
Commission and diagnose HVAC, VRF, and control systems, including troubleshooting BMS and steam systems
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring systems are correctly interlocked and commissioned as per contract
Complete and submit commissioning reports, job sheets, and timesheets accurately and promptly
Mentor and guide junior technicians, promoting teamwork and skill-sharing to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Organize tools, materials, and resources for each job, assisting with work planning and client relationship management
Maintain safety, discipline, and support the team in additional tasks as assigned

What are you expected to bring?

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Possess an Electrical Licence A or B
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring junior technicians
