Technical Trade Leader

What's Expected of You?

• Lead and oversee the technical team effectively
• Strategize and allocate resources to meet established deadlines
• Delegate tasks efficiently among team members
• Collaborate with external contractors as necessary
• Supervise various trades within the department
• Ensure all assigned tasks adhere to high standards and comply with established plans and policies
• Offer guidance to superiors in policy development, planning, and risk assessments
• Provide regular performance reports to management concerning your area of responsibility

What Are You Expected to Bring?

• An Advanced Technician Diploma (ATD) / Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification at MQF Level 5 in Electrical Engineering
• A Wireman's Licence A & B
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Preference for a Diploma in Management, though not obligatory
