What's expected of you?

  • Monitor overall system health, identify anomalies early, and troubleshoot as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, with responsibilities tailored to your level of experience.
  • Manage firewall activity and handle essential networking tasks, including setting up VPN users.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user roles, access permissions, and system security policies.
  • Provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server environments.
  • Utilize virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Deliver multi-tiered IT support, resolving both straightforward and complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project execution and ensure smooth operations across departments.

What are you expected to bring?

  • Skills and competence in Microsoft Windows Server & Workstations,
  • Exchange, Active Directory exposure an advantage
  • Hypervisors will be considered as an asset.
