Are you great at solving IT issues? Do you excel at customer support? We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join a growing IT solutions company here in Malta. If this sounds like the right job for you, Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Resolve client issues remotely, via phone, email, or chat
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner to provide prompt and accurate feedback
  • Able to research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and follow-up technical issues to completion
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal and external teams
  • Assist in Managed Services Projects as required
  • Document task timings accurately and maintain documentation for both internal and external projects and systems
  • Ad hoc tasks related to the role
 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Qualifications in IT or considerable practical training, and 1 year’s plus experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, Windows servers, Cisco networking & security and cloud environments
  • Brand specific certifications will be considered an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Innovative thinker with the confidence to express your ideas in a supportive team environment
  • Flexible, open-minded, and creative
  • You enjoy a challenge and are not afraid of hard work
  • Willing to try new things
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
  • Valid B driving license
