What is expected of you?

Provide administrative works, technical support, as well as office management and organizational procedures to team members
Arrange bid/sales offers on time, evaluate projects, offer clarifications if needed, and monitor project dates and deadline
Answer incoming telephone calls
Ad-hoc duties as may be required

What are you expected to bring?

Knowledge of ACAD is a must
Excellent proficiency in English, and preferably Italian
Previous experience in a similar role
Confident with a keen eye for detail
Excellent administration & time-management skills as well as multi-tasking abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and a quick learner
A team player with great persuasive and negotiation skills
