What's expected of you?

Drive sales by promoting and marketing the company's products and services
Respond to sales inquiries through various communication channels effectively
Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their requirements
Create and deliver quotations promptly and accurately
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
Maintain and update ERP and E-commerce platforms efficiently
Handle administrative responsibilities within the Commercial Department
Oversee front office operations when necessary
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Collaborate with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and terms
Conduct onsite client visits and surveys to recommend appropriate solutions

What are you expected to bring?

A Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 2-3 years of technical sales or commercial experience
Technical understanding of products and experience preparing quotations
Familiarity with ERP systems and E-commerce platforms
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
