What's expected of you?
Monitor systems at various levels (application, database, and server) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Perform proactive maintenance to enhance platform stability and performance.
Conduct fast and thorough root cause analysis to resolve incidents effectively.
Use and develop monitoring tools to identify application-level issues and collaborate with CRM developers to address them.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation to refine and improve operational processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What are you expected to bring?
Expertise in database management and SQL (SQL Server and Oracle).
Proficiency with monitoring tools and scripting for automation.
Strong command of Linux and shell scripting.
Significant hands-on experience in application and system monitoring and maintenance in a senior capacity.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and IT Infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
