Technical Operations Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Operations Engineer to join our Billing & CRM team. If you’re an expert in system monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem solving, Sounds interesting? We at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What's expected of you?

 

  • Monitor systems at various levels (application, database, and server) to ensure optimal performance and uptime. 

  • Perform proactive maintenance to enhance platform stability and performance. 

  • Conduct fast and thorough root cause analysis to resolve incidents effectively.  

  • Use and develop monitoring tools to identify application-level issues and collaborate with CRM developers to address them.  

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation to refine and improve operational processes.  

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Expertise in database management and SQL (SQL Server and Oracle).  

  • Proficiency with monitoring tools and scripting for automation.  

  • Strong command of Linux and shell scripting.  

  • Significant hands-on experience in application and system monitoring and maintenance in a senior capacity.  

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and IT Infrastructure.  

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
