Our client, a well-established transportation company based in Malta, is currently looking for a proactive Team Supervisor to ensure effective management of heavy vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and overall productivity. What's expected of you?

Coordinate and support breakdown diagnostics and engage with external mechanics as required
Allocate tasks to mechanics and electricians, supervising team performance and ensuring adherence to company standards
Maintain precise records on platforms like Maximo, including the timely update of work orders and hour
Ensure accurate communication between workshops, parts departments, and quality control, guaranteeing traceable records and job card documentation
Oversee warranty processes, liaise with stores on parts procurement, and track stock needs
Supervise, assign, and evaluate daily tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency in line with safety protocol
Manage workspaces, including cleanliness, tool organization, and hazardous waste, adhering to health and safety standards

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 5 years in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair, including Euro 6 engines
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control
Proficiency in English
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
