Team Leader Safety & Maintenance

What is expected of you?

• Be responsible for the health and safety aspects within the warehouse in line with Corporate policies and in compliance with the local legislation
• Ensures that the plant, vehicles and equipment are in optimal condition
• Coordination of prevent maintenance and ad-hoc repairs and ensure sufficient essential replacement parts for the technical equipment
• Manage the upkeep of all electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems in the warehouse
• Lead the team and build a positive and safeguarding work environment

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably gained in building and/or mechanical facility management
• A technical background is required
• Experience in management and negotiations with external suppliers
• Great communication skills in English and Italian
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
