Are you qualified in computer science? Do you have experience in IT Technical Support? We are looking for a System Support Executive for a well-established company here in Malta. If you have the right technical know-how, we would love to hear from you!

What’s expected of you?

Monitor, install and configure software and hardware
Set up user accounts, user devices, and workstations
Be responsible for the administration of Active Directory and MS Office 365
Perform daily IT admin tasks, including documentation and inventory
Provide ongoing systems support for all employees
Train and enhance IT skill set of company staff
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the IT Manager and/or Head of Technology

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Microsoft certifications would be an asset
Two years’ working experience in IT Technical Support on Windows Operating Systems, including client/ server applications
Experience working with SharePoint and other Office 365 products
Basic knowledge of networking e.g., TCP/IP, WAN/LAN
Knowledge of SQL Server
Able to manage and prioritize workloads effectively
Have a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good administrative and communication skills
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
