Supply Chain Administrator

Our client, a leader in delivering high-quality services in Malta, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the seamless and efficient functioning of their supply chain operations.
 
What is expected of you?
  • Create and manage purchase orders for both local and international suppliers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end “Procure to Pay (P2P)” process for direct materials.
  • Track and update delivery schedules based on supplier updates, and notify relevant stakeholders of any delays.
  • Administer and monitor the “Order to Cash (O2C)” process for B2B customer transactions.
  • Coordinate all incoming shipments from vendors, providing warehouse teams with the necessary documentation and resolving related issues.
  • Manage the posting of product receipts and the creation of invoices for received goods.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Controller to minimize stock loss and ensure ERP system accuracy.
  • Assess and understand supplier operations to support procurement activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to address issues and provide updates.
  • Support the Master Data Team by analyzing supplier data and assisting in the creation of accurate master records.
  • Participate in inventory control tasks including transfers, stock adjustments, stock counts, and reconciliations for retail outlets.
 
What are you expected to bring?
  • Strong experience in data management, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with solid business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
