We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager for one of our clients, a renowned retail company based in Malta and abroad. What is expected of you?

Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging store environment
Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
Optimize inventory levels through regular stock checks and collaboration with suppliers
Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product placement and visual displays
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and maintenance

What are you expected to bring?

A Degree level of education, preferably in Business Administration
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
Excellent communication skills in English
Results-driven mindset and strong knowledge of retail operations
Ability to motivate the store associates and develop a high-performing team
