Store Manager

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager for one of our clients, a renowned retail company based in Malta and abroad. What is expected of you?

• Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging store environment
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
• Optimize inventory levels through regular stock checks and collaboration with suppliers
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product placement and visual displays
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and maintenance

What are you expected to bring?

• A Degree level of education, preferably in Business Administration
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Results-driven mindset and strong knowledge of retail operations
• Ability to motivate the store associates and develop a high-performing team
