Working under the Sales Manager, you'll be covering for our sales team during planned and sick leaves, ensuring a visible impact, smashing sales targets, and providing stellar customer service. What's expected of you?

• Take charge of sales responsibilities during unexpected/planned staff leaves
• Foster a positive customer experience through effective client engagement
• Ensure flawless transactions and uphold service standards
• Diligently adhere to company sales procedures and policies
• Collaborate seamlessly with the existing team for an efficient work environment
• Contribute to team goals and objectives when team members are on leave
• Swiftly adjust to specific requirements and dynamics of the sales role during temporary tasks
• Professionally engage with both customers and team members
• Provide essential information for a seamless transition and ongoing sales operations
• Autonomously tackle challenges, devising solutions to sustain sales efficiency
• Resolve issues that may arise in the absence of regular staff through troubleshooting

What are you expected to bring?

• Have a background in sales
• Possess outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, results-driven mindset, and adaptability to both team and independent work
• Show proficiency in Microsoft applications and contact management software
• Hold a valid C driving license and CPC
