Social Media Co-ordinator

What is expected of you?

  • Coordinate the creation of social media content and campaign launches for new and current products and services
  • Monitor social media accounts, gather performance data and reports to provide reccomendations
  • Organise the entire campaign process of social media
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all social media content is optimised and compliant to brand guidelines
  • Manage all DM enquiries and comments
  • Monitor trends within the industry and undertake competitor research to ensure the social media content is optimized


What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and campaigns
  • Previous experience in copywriting and social media management tools are also needed
  • Excellent organisation skills coupled with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Experienced in creating content for different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media CRM tools
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
