What's expected of you? 

• Responsible for overseeing all site operations 
• Develop and execute plans to meet KPIs
• Leading, nurturing, and motivating the team to enhance efficiency and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements
• Maintain effective operations across all departments
• Manage department budgets 
• Enforce company policies
• Foster a positive workplace environment 

What are you expected to bring?

• Hold a Degree level of education
• Prior expertise in overseeing profit and loss, including managing sales budgets and stock control
• Previous involvement in recruiting, nurturing, and retaining staff
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food and consumer legislation
• Possess outstanding communication abilities to inspire and lead the team while promoting respect and inclusivity
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong time management capabilities
• Proficiency in IT, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Apple software and products is a plus
