Shop Assistant

What is expected of you?

• Provide excellent customer service to the customers
• Managing shop upkeep, including cleaning displays, unpacking, re-shelving, and storing stock, as well as coordinating received deliveries
• Operating the till and handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions accurately
• Processing and packaging orders received through the online shop
• Contribute to the overall team effort to meet sales targets
• Assisting with regular and annual stock checks

What are you expected to bring?

• Proven working experience as a retail cashier or in sales
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Numerical and analytical skills
