What is expected of you?

Efficiently resolve shipping-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
Verify shipment details and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Organize order shipments by assessing different transport options based on cost, time, reliability, and required documentation.
Negotiate with shipping agents and local transportation companies to secure the best rates.
Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure proper documentation for forwarding merchandise.
Register products on the NSO website using the correct HS codes.
Collaborate with the Warehouse team on incoming consignments and shipment coordination from port to warehouse.
Assist with administrative tasks, including cost calculations, report updates, excise payments, and providing support to colleagues when required.

What are you expected to bring?

At least 2 years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to supporting the team.
Proficiency in shipping-related software and other relevant tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
