What is expected of you.?

Process and submit declarations to customs, government bodies, shipping agents, Freeport, and port authorities.
Obtain and evaluate import/export shipping cost quotations, reporting to management to optimize expenses.
Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agents, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure timely document clearance.
Compile, update, and maintain shipping records for efficient consignment clearance.
Organize, book, and clear courier shipments as required.

What are you expected to bring?

‘O’ Level certification or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping and/or logistics.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Proficient in computer applications with knowledge of internal systems.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
