Shareholder Services Supervisor

What is expected of you?

• Approve investor transaction documents and confirm that investor service procedures and controls are completed against specified deadline
• Handle AML checks and investor eligibility checks against various regulatory and fund guidelines
• Maintain relationships with and serving as a main point of contact to investors, investment advisors/managers, banks and other parties within the fund structure
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental procedures and work closely with Senior Managers to ensure they are implemented
• Process and approve payments and other necessary transactions
• Attend and contribute to operational, client and regulatory meetings
• Manage a team of Administrators and provide regular feedback on their performance

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a Transfer Agency environment with exposure to multiple fund structure
• An A level standard of education or equivalent
• Excellent command of spoken and written communication skills
• An ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Be a proficient MS Office user
• Experience in managing a team with the ability to delegate and gain commitment from team members
