Service and Support Officer

What is expected of you?

  • Manage to prepare, configure, and install ICT systems
  • Monitor and maintain ICT equipment
  • Troubleshoot the systems and hardware faults
  • Supervise Service Desk support and resolve issues
  • Oversee user training and guidance
  • Prepare relevant document and reports
  • Assist the Systems Administrators

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A solid academic background in ICT
  • A certification in MCSA and CCNA will be considered an asset
  • Working experience in MS Active Directory, MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Office 365 Suite, Telephony Systems, Computer Hardware, Wired & Wireless Networks, Structured Cabling, Printing and Multifunction Machines
  • Must be fluent in the English language
  • Strong business orientation with a great knowledge in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand the needs of non-technical internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management standards and procedures.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail and can work under pressure
