One of clients a leading fund services company that deliver an extensive range of services across the full value chain, to asset managers, capital markets, corporates and family offices, is seeking to recruit a Senior Transfer Agency Manager.

What’s expected of you?

Manage controls and procedures
Improvement and enhancement of processes and systems
Risk monitoring, and aid with enhancement of operational risk framework
Building and training teams
Regulatory and internal risk update awareness and knowledge
Oversight management of outsourced functions
Resolution of client queries in minimum timeframe
Knowledgeable communication of fund governing documents with team and clients
Responsibility of operations and control functions
Management of frameworks, documented procedures, and policies in line with local and global regulations
Adherence to internal policies
Respond to investor and audit related enquiries
Regulatory reporting is delivered in required timeframes
Reporting and feedback to senior management

What you are expected to bring:

Minimum 5-year experience in a Transfer Agency environment and a minimum 2-year experience in a supervisory/management role
Knowledge and engaging personality
Experienced in delegation and team engagement
MS Office proficiency (Experience on PFS - Paxus will be considered as an advantage)
