Are you looking for a new challenge in the risk field? We are seeking to recruit a Senior Risk Manager for one of our clients, a corporate services provider. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to become Director of Risk!

What is expected of you?

Lead, mentor, and support a team of risk and AML compliance specialists, currently composed of two professionals
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for team members, ensuring they remain up-to-date with regulatory changes
Cultivate a culture of integrity and ethical standards within the team
Identify opportunities to expand the firm's client base in the Risk & AML Compliance sector
Develop proposals and lead discussions with prospective clients on AML/CFT advisory services and risk management consulting
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels and identifying opportunities for additional support

What are you expected to bring?

A University degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communications and business development skills
The ability to work in a challenging environment and on their own initiative
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
