Are you seeking your next career advancement in the gaming industry? We are looking for a Senior Responsible Gaming Specialist for one of our clients, a prominent gaming company in Malta. What is expected of you?

Oversee the daily management of player support and responsible gaming functions
Collaborate in the development of responsible gaming policies and procedures and assist with their implementation
Maintain an updated risk rating of the players
Lead awareness campaigns on Responsible Gaming, conducting programs and training for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct research to stay informed about trends in Responsible Gaming
Supervise the Company’s Player Support Unit, ensuring prompt resolution of player complaints and diligent follow-up by responsible officers
Monitor the performance of Player Support and Responsible Gaming officers, fostering individual development through periodic reviews and day-to-day coaching
Provide regular updates to the Management, and relevant Committees
Represent the Company in conferences and forums relevant to player protection
Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by the Management

What are you expected to bring?

A Degree in Business Management/Law/Social Policy/or other related field
Previous experience in a similar role with a gaming company
Experience in auditing or advisory industries is an asset
Excellent communication skills in English
Great interpersonal and leading skills
Exceptional reporting skills
