Are you a Compliance professional who is eager for a new challenge? We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive for our client, a dynamic and growing international iGaming company in Malta. The chosen individual will report directly to the Head of Compliance.

What is expected of you?

Report to the Head of Compliance to stay updated on evolving regulatory standards, ensuring adherence across emerging and established markets
Conduct prompt analysis of new regulatory mandates and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders
Facilitate communication between different departments to address regulatory concerns and provide timely responses to inquiries
Oversee the application process for licenses as required
Develop and refine company policies to align with regulatory requirements
Regularly review and update company policies as needed
Handle due diligence requests from external entities efficiently
Provide guidance and assistance to the organization during internal audit processes
Address regulator inquiries and manage related issues effectively
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual compliance reports
Assist with various compliance-related tasks as necessary

What are you expected to bring?

Possession of a related Degree
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance is essential
Proficient in English with strong reading and writing skills; fluency in Spanish is considered an asset
Demonstrated excellent writing abilities
Familiarity with essential gaming-related concepts
Strong teamwork and relationship-building capabilities
Capable of working effectively in a challenging environment and meeting tight deadlines
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks efficiently, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Meticulous attention to detail
