Senior Regulatory Analyst

What is expected of you?

• Collect and review relevant documentation issued by the Authorities, coordinating feedback and forwarding any necessary documentation, information and advise company officials accordingly
• Provide input to senior management for the compilation of necessary dossiers and briefs for meetings
• Draw up briefing and speaking notes as and when required for meetings with different stakeholders
• Build strategic relationships
• Liaise with other functions within the company responsible for action points and deliverables
• Coordinate work on regulatory matters and provide input where necessary
• Provide periodic updates and reports on the status of current and outstanding regulatory work
• Represent the company in EU and international fora and engage with other competent authorities
• Act as the main point of reference with the authorities
• Support other departments
• Handle any other duties as assigned by senior management and/or as may be required

What are you expected to bring?

• A solid background in Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business, or an equivalent qualification in a related field with a minimum of 4 years' work experience in policy, supervision, financial services legislation and regulation 
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, if you do not have the necessary qualifications stated above
• A proven track record in managing workstreams or projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills are a must
• Sound knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape
• Ability to manage competing priorities and a challenging workload
