What you will do?

Maintain and nurture current relationships whilst developing new ones
Consult clients and candidates alike by delivering value-added solutions
Manage various recruitment projects simultaneously in a timely manner, ensuring that all clients’ needs have been understood and met
Screen candidates resumes and applications
Conduct interviews and assess each applicants’ aptitude
Efficiently and effectively fill client vacancies
Lead and manage your team
Oversee the sourcing of candidates by using different platforms
Oversee the preparation and posting of jobs to various channels
Other ad hoc projects

What you’re expected to bring?

Minimum of 3 years experience in an agency with a proven track record of delivering quality service
Able to conduct different types of interviews
An excellent command of both written and spoken English
Good management skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
