Senior Manager -Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Manager - Business Systems Analyst will analyse and document business processes and
recommend how they can be improved for increased efficiency or optimised to fit into the capabilities
of software systems. He/she will gather business needs and define detailed requirements specifications
for solutions to business problems, drawing on data for insights to make data-driven
recommendations. As a matter of course, he/she will work closely with internal stakeholders and
solution providers to ensure a close liaison between all parties working to provide the business

What's expected of you?

• Process Automation & Project Management (e.g., monday.com).
• Intranet Portal (document storage & collaboration via SharePoint).
• BI & Data Analytics (Power BI, Excel, reporting platforms).
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
• Serves as a liaison between business needs and IT capabilities.
• Leads workflow improvements, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Opportunity to enhance technical expertise and strategic influence across departments.

What are you expected to bring?

• Experience in business analysis, process automation, and systems implementation.
• Industry background in finance, logistics, retail, SMEs, or public agencies with strong data analytics experience.
• Certifications or advanced skills in Power BI, SharePoint, ERP systems, or BA methodologies are a plus.
