What is expected of you?
Co-lead the team based in Malta
Oversee ongoing operations of various entities, including monitoring, problem-solving, and implementation
Manage the group's investment portfolios, liaising with third-party investment managers and custodians, and participating in the investment committee
Oversee the group's treasury function and liquidity
Assist with corporate management and governance
Prepare for and attending monthly board meetings
Supporting the group's international tax matters
Evaluating new business opportunities from financial and tax perspectives, and assisting in their implementation
Leading various projects independently
What are you expected to bring?
Qualified accountant with a solid background
Keen interest in corporate and tax matters
Ability to work independently in dynamic office environment with minimal supervision
Proficient in both Maltese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and seizing opportunities
Solution-oriented, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving skills
Capable of exercising sound judgment and making well-informed decisions based on accurate and timely information and analysis
Effective negotiation skills and a consistently positive mindset
Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally
