What's expected of you?

Liaise between Game Designers and both outsourced and in-house art teams to ensure proper processing of artwork for each production
Adhere to the company's quality standards and technical programming requirements
Design, rig, and animate content, including in-game characters and environmental effects
Create and animate content for motion video promotions and in-game video content as needed
Collaborate with the game development team, acting as the main contact for art assets in each production
Engage with the game designer and development team throughout the iterative development process
Keep well-organized working files to support file sharing and collaborative efforts

What are you expected to bring?

3-5 years of Illustration (traditional or digital) and/or Graphic Design and Animation in the iGaming or Gambling industry
Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and After Effects
Previous experience with Esoteric Spine, including advanced rigging and character animation skills
Be able to produce high-quality game assets under technical constraints while meeting artistic requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D art foundations and animation skills
Strong typography, layout skills, and understanding of design principles, colour theory, UI, and UX
Skilled in Autodesk 3DS Max/Maya or other 3D packages
Good communication skills and ability to work with various illustration styles
Good understanding of batch processing and automation to enhance art workflow efficiency
Capable of receiving art direction and providing multiple design solutions
