Senior Finance Executive

A leading distributor in the healthcare sector, also part of a Group of companies with more than a century of experience, is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Finance Executive to join their finance team.  You will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing transactions.  If you have what it takes, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Handle accounts payable, verifying and processing vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and transaction records.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor cash balances and report irregularities.
• Categorize and track company expenses.
• Prepare regular expense reports and analyze variances.
• Assist in preparing accurate financial statements.
• Generate timely and precise financial reports.
• Support VAT reporting and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date financial documentation.
• Safely file and manage financial records.
• Collaborate closely with finance and other departments.
• Provide support for financial analysis and projects.

What are you expected to bring?

• Part Qualified accountant or in the process of becoming qualified (not mandatory).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
