Join our client, a dynamic and growing company in Malta, as a Senior Facilities Manager! We’re looking for a motivated leader to manage our client's facilities with an eye on cost efficiency, asset maintenance, and health and safety standards. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and bring a solid background in facilities management, this could be the role for you - we at Ceek look forward to hearing from you!

 

What's expected of you?

  • Plan and monitor demand for goods and services, manage budgeted expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Define optimal service level requirements, sourcing strategies, and vendor selection to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality employee experiences across all facilities
  • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for assets, ensuring timely incident resolution
  • Establish and enforce health and safety policies, overseeing incident reporting and resolution
  • Supervise preventive maintenance of all equipment and systems, coordinating cleaning and upkeep of all facilities

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Diploma or higher (MQF Level 5) in Business Management or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in facilities management
  • Candidates without the necessary academic qualifications, with at least 5 years of experience, will also be considered
  • High personal and professional integrity with strong ethical principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Ability to set high standards, lead by example, and build a culture of excellence
