Senior Executive - Procurement & Logistics

What's expected of you?

• Report directly to the CSO and oversee a team of 2 additional staff members
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and manage costings of incoming stock
• Conduct regular stock reviews to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Manage order process with suppliers and manage logistics and freight forwarding processes
• Handle duty and customs clearance for incoming shipments
• Follow up on suppliers' orders and manage internal requests for pre-payments
• Follow up on supplier claims for damages for reimbursement
• Forecast supplier orders and maintain price lists, including special deals
• Ensure products meet legal conformity standards, such as EU compliance and correct labelling
• Manage general administration tasks and oversee category management processes
• Coordinate the new stock process and maintain regular communication with Sales Managers

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in procurement and logistics 
• Advanced level of Excel and experience of reporting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Capable of working under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
