What is expected of you?

Utilizing documentation to verify, record, and manage transactions effectively
Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records, encompassing ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and supply-related information
Overseeing and enhancing the reconciliation function and relationships within the Group Company
Strategizing and organizing personal workload and team priorities to meet internal and external targets and deadlines efficiently
Serving as a knowledgeable resource on bookkeeping and addressing complex technical matters
Providing coaching and guidance to less experienced team members
Willingness to assist in additional duties upon request
Conducting monthly audits of service sales and purchase invoices posted in the Logo Tiger accounting software
Perform any other ad-hoc requirements that might be assigned from time-to-time from senior management

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting principles and up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation.
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with bookkeeping software
Methodical and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Capability to precisely and effectively analyze data
Great leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team
