Are you an organized and motivated accounting or auditing individual? Do you want to join a dynamic team where you can develop and enhance your skills? Our client, a well-known company within the financial services industry, is looking for a Senior Accountant - Funds to join their growing team.

What is expected of you?

Support the Operations team in expediting and efficiently timely the monthly NAV review and reconciliation process
Analyse the Funds’ accruals and adjust expectations as required
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Analyse financial performance variances between month-to-month/ year-to-year in reported NAVs
Prepare, maintain and analyse monthly/annual budgets
Monitor, analyse, and project Cash availability on short, medium, and long term
Act as a primary contact for the annual fund audit process
Analyse performance of Fund assets and estimate risk of any potential issue

What are you expected to bring?

Minimum of 2 years’ previous similar experience
Relevant accounting qualification (University Degree, ACCA/or in progress)
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Good problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of MS applications
Strong team-playing skills and analytical mindset
Excellent knowledge of IFRS
