What is expected of you?

  • Assisting the Managing Director in day-to-day general secretarial duties
  • Manage calendar and travel arrangements
  • Compiling and formatting tender documents
  • Follow established Quality Management and filing systems
  • Format letters and reports

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum A level education
  • Have good command of MS Suite
  • Fluent in Maltese and English both written and verbal
  • Experience in Accounting Software will be considered and asset
