What's expected of you?

  • Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Perform due diligence and client data collection and processing
  • Ensure that all secretarial documents are organised and recorded, following the company’s guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

 

What are you expected to bring

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, performing due diligence and client data collecting and processing considered an asset 
  • Good understanding of financial principles is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar software
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Willingness to learn and attend courses if needed
