What is expected of you?

• The ability to motivate and lead a team of sales representatives
• Be analytical to devise and implement sales plans
• Ability to negotiate with both principals and clients
• Executing a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and maximize brand potential.

What are you expected to bring?

• A proven track record in a similar role.
• Knowledge of FMCG, whilst not essential, will be considered an asset
• Possess an academic qualification in a relevant discipline
• Possess very good interpersonal skills
