What is expected of you?

Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales volume, and project profits for both existing and new products
Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills, maintain professional standards, and achieve sales and KPI targets
Ensure sales goals are met through effective people management, regular performance reviews, and strategic adjustments
Engage with customers to understand their needs, strengthen relationships, and assess service quality
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to target key demographics and explore emerging market opportunities
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and refine sales programs to maximize effectiveness
Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and oversee the sales budget to ensure financial goals are met
Strong sales techniques, including goal-setting, sales planning, and the ability to identify and meet customer needs
In-depth product knowledge of power tools, ventilation systems, water pumps, and related consumables and accessories
Expertise in market analysis, budgeting, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth

What are you expected to bring?

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution
At least three years of experience in sales is required
A technical background is an advantage
