We’re looking for a Sales Manager, Corporate & Groups to build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Groups, Transient, and Events clients. In this exciting role, you’ll source and manage new business across various industries, driving revenue and enhancing brand visibility. What's expected of you?

Proactively identifies and cultivates new opportunities, focusing on Corporate Groups
Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team
Monitors economic conditions and market trends, communicating findings with the team
Develops strategic and account plans for key corporate accounts
Sets and communicates measurable sales goals to leadership and staff
Participates in sales meetings and shares relevant information with the corporate office
Conducts proactive sales activities (telesales, appointments, site inspections, etc.) and tracks them in Opera Cloud
Grows revenue from designated market sectors and territories
Maintains in-depth product knowledge and provides clients with accurate information
Manages the sales database (Opera Cloud) and ensures data accuracy
Adheres to Sales policies and resolves guest issues as needed
Manages ad-hoc projects and supports hotel operations during high demand
Refers opportunities to the appropriate team members and promotes company values

What are you expected to bring?

1-2 years of experience in Corporate and Groups or a proactive sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in luxury hospitality
Excellent written and spoken English
Empathy and care for guests and colleagues
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to client requests
Resilience in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in all tasks
