What's expected of you?

Work collaboratively as a Sales Team to uphold the interests of the Company and its clients.
Maintain a log of enquiries, issued quotes, and signed contracts on a weekly/monthly basis.
Keep all reports, supplier product sheets, and information updated to provide clients with the best options based on their needs.
Uphold the Company's professional image and integrity in all dealings.
Ensure smooth execution of contracts by providing relevant details to departments, following up on orders, and keeping customers informed.
Update and maintain the client database, ensuring any changes are communicated to the relevant teams.
Follow up on quotations within 48 hours, reporting any delays to the Sales Manager, and compile reports on customer visits.
Delegate daily duties to the team when out of the office and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What are you expected to bring?

Explaining, demonstrating and selling products - background on Technical sales is a plus.
Coordinating transfer of products
Communicating with clients via telephone and email
Delivering excellent customer service
