What's expected of you?

Respond to new client inquiries, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate systems
Prepare and follow up on quotations, securing new business while nurturing existing client relationships
Maintain and update a detailed log of inquiries, issued quotes, signed contracts, and client interactions on a regular basis
Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring the progress of orders, keeping clients informed, and addressing any concerns promptly
Promote the company’s brand image, ensuring all actions uphold the company’s professional standards and integrity
Stay informed through internal and supplier training to offer clients the best solutions aligned with their requirements
Ensure relevant teams and departments have all necessary details to facilitate smooth contract execution and project completion
Keep client databases updated, ensuring relevant changes are communicated internally
Compile reports from customer visits and provide regular updates to management, including following up on quotations within 48 hours
Delegate daily responsibilities to team members when out of the office and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
A results-driven mindset, and a proactive and enthusiastic approach to driving sales and business growth
Strong organisational and time management abilities
