Sales Coordinator

What is expected of you?

• Assist clients with their requests and resolve customer problems and complaints as quickly as possible
• Establish and maintain genuine relationships with both existing and new clients
• Monitor social media platforms
• Ensure that all the team members have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively perform their duties
• Cooperate with the Sales Executive to research solutions to improve the selling
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time by superiors
