Do you like to engage with established and potential customers across different channels? One of Malta’s prestigious hotels is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. If you are customer focused with a drive for sales, we at Ceek would love to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

Establishing fruitful relationships with both existing and potential clients
Increase your consumer base to increase your sales opportunities
Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager
To obtain business, engage and participate in sales operations by making regular sales calls
Maximize revenue potential by upselling each business opportunity
Use solid reasoning to present, promote, and offer products/services to current and future customers
Use cold calling to contact potential customers
To maximise customer satisfaction, resolve customer problems and complaints as quickly as possible
Work with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Assists sales and events manager
Monitoring social media channels
Coordinate Digital marketing campaigns and posts

What are you expected to bring?

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with Social Media engagement and digital marketing
Strong English written and spoken communication
Strong customer and sales skills
