We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our clients, a leading and well-know company based in Malta. This role is perfect for someone who excels in both sales and operational management and is passionate about building client relationships while maintaining operational standards. What’s expected of you?

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, commercial clients, and municipalities to expand our client base
Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through contract completion
Actively promote our services, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility
Oversee daily operations in collection, transportation, and disposal to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and health and safety standards
Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to maintain smooth and efficient operations
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and minimise environmental impact
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity
Prepare KPI reports and leverage data analytics to inform and enhance business decisions

What are you expected to bring?

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or operations
Diploma in Business, Sales, Operations, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
