What's expected of you?

Collaborate with the General Manager to design, implement, and evaluate new business processes
Manage sales requests, conduct client site visits, issue proposals, and oversee the tendering process
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
Identify and penetrate niche markets while tracking and analyzing business development activities to suggest new strategies
Monitor competitor activity and expand market intelligence in the environmental services industry to drive business forward
Maintain accurate sales and customer relationship logs
Present projects overseas as required and meet annual targets aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, including 2 years in a managerial position
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and expanding client portfolios
Expertise in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, business development strategies, and market trends
Experience with tendering processes and contract management
Skilled in competitor analysis and measuring customer satisfaction
